During the last decade, we've experienced a period of great growth, winning business and beginning relationships with many new clients including the City of Quincy, Braintree Hospital, South Shore Hospital and the Towns of Braintree, Brookline, Dedham, Milton and Weymouth.

But unlike other area ambulance services, Fallon Ambulance has not achieved growth by merging with a national conglomerate. What drives our success is an unwavering belief in personalized service, a belief that will guide us for decades to come.

A Unique Philosophy - Since 1936
When James Fallon Sr. founded Fallon Ambulance Service in 1936, his corporate philosophy and his way of life were one in the same. He believed that caring for others was one of life's responsibilities. As he built his business, this compassion was infused into every aspect of the company. Time passed, and the Fallon philosophy was passed on like an heirloom, from generation to generation.

Today, Fallon Ambulance Service is still run with the same philosophy of compassion for patients that has guided the company since its inception. This philosophy serves as a guidepost at every level of our company, from the front office to our team of EMTs and Chair Coach Attendants.

60 Years and Growing Strong
In 1996, Fallon Ambulance celebrated our 60th year in business. Over the course of our 6-plus decades, Fallon Ambulance has achieved not only an unmatched reputation for quality of care, but has also seen steady financial growth. In 1974 Fallon operated with 7 ambulances. Today Fallon maintains a fleet of 115 vehicles.
